Should i do this for my guy friend who has a girlfriend?

Okay.. well i have this one guys friend.. we sit near each other at lunch.. like we talk the whole time.. we sit next to each other in one class and talk the entire time.. and we hang out right after school while we are waiting for rides.. with a big group of people.

Now it is his b-day on tuesday.. and i told him that i would make him brownies. Would that be weird for me to make him something for his birthday even though we dont talk outside of school except a little on myspace and he has a girlfriend?

Now his girlfriend goes to a different school so she cant bring in something like this during shcool.. and i told him about it and he seemed all right with it.. but hes also the type of guy who wouldnt tell me if he thought it was weird.

And actually.. i talk to his girlfriend too and i told her about it.. she hasnt said anything bakc yet so i dont know how she feels.. but do you think that he will find it strange for me to bring that in for his bday?? and why if so?

From what I can see, you only talk in ONE class, a bit after school till the others arrive and a bit on Myspace and he has got a gf. So why should you be baking him brownies? It sounds too intimate. If I were you I wouldn't even give him a gift at all.

His gf might get jealous and coz he didn't tell you anything doesn't mean he likes the idea, you said it yourself that he doesn't talk much.

So don't butt in between them, even if it's just baking brownies, treat him as a friend and try to get over your feelings for him, won't do you any good to dwell on it. Don't get over familiar with him.
