I met this guy last weekend and he's only in the city where I live for 1 month doing a medical student program. After the month is up he is going back home 6 hours away but plans on moving here permanently when he graduates. So we have excellent chemistry!! we have hung out everyday since we met! My female intuition is kicking in and I feel like he has a GF because it seems too good to be true!! Is there anyway I can verify this or any signs?? he is not on any online sites such as myspace or facebook.!

The only really good way to know is if you are spending Valentine's Day with him. If you are, no other girlfriend. If you are not, you are sharing him.
And I just love the way you say that 'he is seems good to be true...' Should indicate what an uphill battle we guys fight: Treat them bad, it goes nowhere. Threat them good, it goes nowhere.

ask him for his phone number so you can keep in touch. If he refuses to give it to you then you may have a guy who is married or has a GF.
